YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This notice covers the SiteWolf public website, waitlist and enquiries. A separate notice will explain how personal information is used within the SiteWolf app when it becomes available.

Who is responsible for your information?

Hayden Forder trading as SiteWolf is the data controller responsible for this website and waitlist. You can contact us at hello@sitewolf.co.uk about your information or this notice.

What information do we collect?

How and why we use it

We use your waitlist details to send SiteWolf launch and early-access news and manage your interest in testing. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent when you join the waitlist.

We use enquiry details to answer your questions, and technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing a reliable, secure service.

Providing waitlist details is voluntary; without them we cannot add you to the email list.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the website and signup service and stores waitlist records in its D1 database. Brevo stores the email contact list and delivers our emails. Google Workspace hosts our contact mailbox and processes enquiries sent to hello@sitewolf.co.uk. We do not sell your personal information.

Where information is processed

Our providers may process personal information outside the UK. Brevo hosts its databases within the European Union. Cloudflare and Google use international infrastructure, including facilities in the United States.

International transfers are covered by the relevant provider’s data-processing terms. Depending on the destination and recipient, these provide for recognised adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses with the applicable UK provisions. These arrangements are intended to protect information transferred outside the UK.

You can read Cloudflare’s data-processing terms, Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum and Brevo’s terms and data-processing agreement. Contact us for more information or a copy of the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep waitlist information while we send the launch and early-access updates you requested. We review the records when the waitlist closes and remove information that is no longer needed.

If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing emails and retain only the information needed to respect your choice or meet another legitimate requirement. Unsubscribing does not immediately delete the original signup record; we review that record as part of our retention process.

We delete routine enquiries 12 months after they are resolved, unless they are needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation. Where we need to keep information longer, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose.

Technical logs support security and troubleshooting. Logs saved to the Cloudflare Workers dashboard for our signup service are retained for three days on our current Workers Free plan. This period applies to those diagnostic logs, not to your waitlist record.

Unsubscribing and deletion

You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by contacting hello@sitewolf.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent.

Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not automatically delete your original Cloudflare waitlist record. To request deletion of your information, email us. We will review the request across the services we use, including Cloudflare and Brevo, and explain any information we need to retain.

Cookies and email tracking

We have not enabled visitor analytics or advertising tracking for this website. The website’s own code does not set cookies. Cloudflare provides hosting and security services.

Brevo’s per-contact tracking consent controls are enabled, with tracking for contacts whose consent is unknown switched off. We do not treat a waitlist signup as consent to individual email-open or click tracking. Our signup form does not request that tracking consent.

Our email service processes delivery information, such as successful deliveries, failed deliveries and unsubscribes, to operate the mailing list. Brevo may also carry out limited deliverability measurements under its service arrangements; our consent settings should not be understood as disabling every form of measurement. We do not use activity recorded without tracking consent to personalise marketing or score individual subscribers.

Earlier test campaigns recorded email opens. Changes to tracking settings do not automatically erase those earlier records. Contact us if you have questions about this information or want to exercise your rights.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy of information you provided. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us using the email address above to make a request.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our use of personal information changes and show the updated date on this page.
